Return Policy

Domestic online orders can be returned for full refund (minus shipping fees) within 7 days of receipt of product. 

Domestic and International orders can be returned for store credit (minus shipping and duty fees) within 14 days of receipt of product.

All sale items are FINAL sale.

All swim and lingerie are FINAL sale.

All jewelry is FINAL sale.

 

STEP 1:

Please contact our online team at orders@franceswatson.ca to request authorization from us to return purchased items. Please write your order number in subject line.

 

STEP 2:

Once approved, we will provide a return order number by email. No refunds or credits will be issued for products returned to us without authorization.

 

STEP 3:

For a refund, your item must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, in its original condition with all original tags still in place. All returns must be sent with tracking - please email the tracking number to us for confirmation of return. You are responsible for all of the costs of delivering the product back to us. The return order number must be written on the outside of the return package, example below:

If you live in Toronto and would like to return your items to the store personally, you can do so within our curbside pick-up hours listed online within 7 days of receipt of items.

DOMESTIC RETURNS:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Please choose a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Return shipping charges for orders placed outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship your return via a postal service with a trackable option. Returns shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS will incur brokerage fees, which will be deducted from the credit you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
