Return Policy

 

Online orders can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of initial receipt. Unfortunately, no refunds

All sale items are FINAL sale.

All swim and lingerie are FINAL sale.

All jewelry is FINAL sale.

 

STEP 1:

Please contact our online team at orders@franceswatson.ca with your return request stating why you want to return it and to request authorization from us to return purchased items.

 

STEP 2:

Once approved, we will provide a return order number by email. No credits will be issued for products returned to us without authorization.

 

STEP 3:

You must return the product to us within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unworn, in its original condition with all original tags still in place. You are responsible for all of the costs of delivering the product back to us.  The return order number must be written on the outside of the return package.

At present, we cannot process exchanges through our online store. All returned purchases will be issued a credit (minus the initial shipping charges and/ or customs fees) for you to use for future purchases once we receive your return. Again, no refunds.

DOMESTIC RETURNS:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Please choose a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Return shipping charges for orders placed outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship your return via a postal service with a trackable option. Returns shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS will incur brokerage fees, which will be deducted from the credit you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
