Online orders are processed Monday-Friday during store hours. Please allow 24 hours for processing online orders placed during the weekday. If you need your items sooner, please contact us at orders@franceswatson.ca and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Upon initial receipt of the order an email confirmation will be sent once the item has shipped. Items are shipped using Canada Post within Canada and Canada Post Expedited for U.S. International orders will include $100 insurance and a tracking number.

Delivery times may also be affected by the border and customs process and may take longer than stated. This is beyond our control and, therefore, delivery times stated here are only an estimate.
